Observation Point also offers wildlife viewing and birdwatching watching activities. There are caves, creeks/rivers to see during your hike.

Observation Point is also perfect for visiting during fall and late spring. Ensure to go with sunscreen and water, no matter what time of the year you visit. In winter, the trail usually has deep snow that can last till it gets to late spring. In the summer months, the route is typically dry and hot.
