“My cousins and I purchased concert tickets to see one of our favorite country artists months in advance. We drove 3 hours to Grand Rapids and got a hotel room for the night. After eating dinner, we made our way to The Intersection. When we walked in the door, we waited in line for a drink. After being there for 45 minutes, the place was packed and it was hard to find an open area to stand. My cousins tried navigating through the crowd to find an open area when they accidentally bumped into a man and spilled some of their drink on his arm. The man was very upset and called security to the scene. Security instantly told us we had to leave the venue and were not allowed back in due to the incident. After being escorted out of the building, we went to the bar across the street only to find other people who had also been kicked out of The Intersection for lame excuses. Considering people were jammed into the venue, I am guessing the concert was oversold and the building was past max capacity, therefore, some of the population in the building had to be eliminated. I am very disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this facility for attending a concert.”
